These terms apply to your use of SlotDesk, a service operated by Your Company LLC.
1. The service
SlotDesk provides an online booking page and a dashboard that lets business owners manage time slots, services, staff and customer bookings.
2. Accounts
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their information, the security of their password, and all bookings and dealings with their own customers.
3. Plans and payment
New accounts get a free 14-day trial. After that, the booking page stays active with a prepaid plan as listed on the Pricing page. Plans do not renew automatically.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud or spam. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Liability
We work to keep the service available, but we are not liable for losses caused by downtime, incorrect information entered by users, or disputes between businesses and their customers.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
